Face fitness is a series of facial exercises, where you intentionally isolate and tone your face muscles. We have these tiny, delicate muscles in our face that you might not even think twice about. Take your eye area, for instance: There are over 10 muscles around our eyes constantly squinting, smiling, and expressing. The face has muscles, just like the body, if you isolate and tone those muscles you can get results. Of course, you move your face every day (smiling, chatting, and the like). But with facial tness you’re focusing on speci c muscles, strengthening them as you isolate the movement.

Is there proof it works?
In January 2018 a key study done at Northwestern University showed that 20 weeks of Face Fitness, 30 minutes day can make the face look 3 years younger. Also, a BBC study of two twin doctors showed that the doctor that did Facial tness for 1 month looked 1 year younger.
Will Facial Fitness give me wrinkles?
The best candidate is someone who has pockets of cellulite and/or excess body fat that they can’t get rid of with diet and exercise alone. An ideal candidate is also someone who is starting to lose elasticity in their skin and is showing early signs of sagging and wrinkles.
For safety reasons, you may not be able to get this treatment if you have/are:
- Active inflammation and/or infection in the treatment area
- Current or history of cancer
- A degenerative neurologic disease or any other disease around the treatment area that’s stimulated by heat
- An implantable cardioverter-defibrillator or pacemaker
- Metal implants (excluding dental) in the treatment area
- Uncontrolled thyroid gland disorder
- Varicose veins
- Pregnant or are undergoing an IVF procedure
- Skin-related autoimmune diseases
- Silicone implants and/or injections in the area
Who can do Facial Fitness?
Most patients receive 6-8 treatments per area. The exact number will depend on each individual person and the area being treated.
When will I see results?
This treatment is done once a week.
Can I do Facial Fitness with skin problems and health issues?
Make sure your skin is clean. Do not apply any lotions, creams or makeup before your treatment. Remove all jewelry around the area being treated.
Can I do Facial Fitness if I have had surgery/ Botox/ llers?
Each session lasts 15-30 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
Can I do Facial Fitness if I have had surgery/ Botox/ llers?
The applicator will slowly get warmer until your skin reaches the needed temperature and stays within that temperature range. If a client feels it’s too hot, the operator can easily lower the temperature. If the technician is using the VariPulse™ feature, you will also feel a gentle suction on your skin as the applicator moves around the area. The suction can also be lowered if needed.
